The interesting thing about this card is that once the card is exiled with the takeover counter, The Master can be a copy of it whenever it ETBs

However, many free-to-play players skip the Mastery Pass entirely

This is a nice and efficient commander, and I think it's well-positioned for the meta if you're playing it at a relatively casual level
