When youre able to attack with Etali, all bets are off because getting up to two valuable spells that you are able to cast immediately without paying their mana costs, not just draw the spells but cast them right away, is incredibly valuable and has the potential of taking over almost any game
A two-mana 2/2 that can either pay for itself immediately or have you untap with two extra mana is good, no matter how you swing it
