Birthing Pod can be an insane card in the right deckwith lots of creatures with enter-the-battlefield triggers and/or reanimation (sacrifice Nekrataal, get Mulldrifter), and so long as a chain can be formed, it can perform well

And because the skeleton cant block, this isnt like an installment plan against aggro
