Geier Reach Sanitarium is the closest cousin to Mikokoro, and is even slightly more favorable for anything graveyard-based
The easy part is that I also already own every single sliver, 'cause they're my favorite creatures since I started playing in 2003 (the first magic card I ever held in my hands was a Plated Sliver)
