Drawing a card and creating 2/2s is a decent stax piece, and this cards stats reflect that, but something about it leaves me wanting
There are going to be four decks available to us, and each of the decks will also have a Collectors Edition, with the cards in a unique Universes Beyond frame and fully foiled out with a special surge foil. Warhammer 40,000 Decks, Drops, and Previews The decks are called: Tyranid Swarm (green-blue-red, or Temur) Forces of the Imperium (white-blue-black, or Esper) Necron Dynasties (mono-black) The Ruinous Powers (blue-black-red, or Grixis) I find it interesting that the color balance is, well, unbalanced: green is in one deck, white is in one deck, blue and black are in three decks, and red shows up in two decks

We then sacrifice the illusions to cheat permanents into play with outlets like Witch's Oven, Culling Dais, Grafted Wargear, and the mighty Fade Away
For example, if you have six cards in hand as Doctor Octopus's last ability resolves, and you also control Thought Reflection (an enchantment that says "If you would draw a card, draw two cards instead"), you'll end up drawing four cards
If they are rare enough to be worth 25k, we kinda doubt it
